Terms and help
The short version: you pay once, you download the document, and if anything goes wrong we fix it.
What you are buying
A digital document — a file you download and keep. Nothing is posted to you and there is no physical copy. Each product page states the format, the file size and how many times the link may be used.
The document is for your own use. You are welcome to print it for yourself. Please do not resell it or publish it anywhere — it took real work to compile, and the price stays low only while people buy rather than pass it around.
Paying
Payment is by MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money, in FCFA, through our payment provider. The approval prompt arrives on your phone; nobody at Kite ever sees your mobile money PIN, and we never ask for it. No account is needed to buy.
Getting your document
The download opens by itself the moment your payment lands. If you gave an email address we also send the link there, so you can open it on any phone or computer.
The link stays valid for 30 days and allows a limited number of downloads, shown on each product page. If you create an account with the same address, everything you buy also stays in your library, which never expires.
Lost the link, or bought without an email? Open your download page and use “Email me this link”. If the link has expired, message us with your reference and we will reissue it.
Refunds
A digital document cannot be returned once it has been downloaded, so we do not refund a completed download because someone changed their mind.
But we do fix problems. If your payment went through and no document arrived, if the file is damaged or will not open, if you were charged twice, or if what you received is not what the page described — tell us and we will either put it right or refund you. That is a promise about our own mistakes, and we would rather hear about them than not.
What we keep about you
Your phone number, so the payment can be approved; your email address if you give one, so we can send your download; and a record of what you bought. We do not sell or share any of it, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Kite sells documents in Cameroon and prices everything in FCFA. These terms are written plainly rather than in legal language; where the law of Cameroon gives you rights beyond what is written here, those rights stand.
